(Rotoworld) Falcons selected Boston College OG Chris Lindstrom with the No. 14 overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft.

Analysis: Atlanta added Jamon Brown and James Carpenter to their offensive line room during free agency, so it is a bit surprising they went guard instead of addressing the defensive side of the ball. That is not a shot against Lindstrom, however. Lindstrom (6’4/308) made 48 career starts on the B.C. offensive line – the majority at right guard – and earned 2018 first-team All-ACC after allowing zero sacks and only three QB hurries. Lindstrom blew up the Combine, finishing second among offensive linemen in SPARQ score (96th percentile) with a 4.91 forty and 25 bench-press reps. Lindstrom’s elite athleticism and tackle-length arms (34 1/8") are major pluses in pass protection, and he flashes run-blocking pop on tape. Lindstrom projects as a day-one starter with long-term Pro Bowl upside.
