(Rotoworld) Brian Costello of the New York Post believes free agent RB Bilal Powell's time with the Jets has come to an end.

Analysis: This would be the end of an era as Powell had been the Jets' longest-tenured player, arriving as a fourth-round pick out of Louisville in 2011. With Elijah McGuire, Trenton Cannon and Ty Montgomery installed as backups behind starter Le'Veon Bell, the Jets don't have much need for Powell, who missed the latter half of 2018 following neck surgery. Assuming his neck is up to par, the 30-year-old could eventually resurface as veteran depth.
